Alistair Ross
President and CEO
Alistair Ross is the President and CEO of Rockcliff Metals. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Ross is a seasoned and accomplished leader in the mining industry, known for his passion for mentorship in order to develop true leadership potential within individuals and organizations. Before joining Rockcliff, Alistair was the Head of Mining and Milling for Vale’s North Atlantic Base Metals Operations and ran his own consultancy business.
Chris Stackhouse
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Stakchouse is the CFO of Rockcliff Metals. Mr. Stackhouse is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience working with precious and base metal companies. Until recently, Mr. Stackhouse was the interim Chief Financial Officer for Guyana Goldfields Inc. where he joined in August 2012 and was instrumental in the finalization of the feasibility study, financing and development of the US$250 million Aurora Gold Mine, which was completed on-time and on-budget.
Ken Lapierre
Vice President, Exploration
Ken Lapierre is the founder and Vice President Exploration and Director of Rockcliff Metals. Mr. Lapierre is also on the Board of Goldpath Resources Corp. and Member of Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. A Professional Geologist, with over 35 years experience in exploration, discovery, production and mining in base and precious metals across North and South America, raising over $165 million in equity markets and has discovered and acquired CAD$10 billion worth of metal including: Cu, Zn, Au and Ag.
Mike Romaniuk
Vice President, Projects
Mr. Mike Romaniuk, a director of the Company and Vice President, Projects, is an accomplished mining and processing specialist and project developer with over 30 years of experience. He is a result driven professional and brings extensive experience on project and operations management, having worked in challenging and culturally diverse environments. Until recently, he was the Discipline Lead and Project Manager for Canada East mining at Stantec Inc.
